Young red wine "Tintico" WINE MAKING This wine was made with Tempranillo grapes. Fermentation lasted for over ten days, with daily pumping over the cap and at a controlled temperature of 27 ºC. Maceration was not excessive, in order to maintain the fruity character. The wine was held for two months in 300 litre American barrels to refine the structure but without giving it too much wood.
COLOUR At sight, this wine has a nice, very bright cherry colour.
TASTING NOTES A pleasant mouth-feel, aromatic, fresh and, above all, very fruity.
PRESS NOTES "An intense fruity aroma (berries and small wild berries) gives a feeling of freshness and mature fruit … Medium - light bodied and a splendid balance, it is not lacking in character and powerful flavour, and it is highly expressive in aromas in the follow-through. A simple, direct, very pleasant young red wine". Andrés Proensa.
