Lágrima Rosé VINIFERA VARIETY Merlot. VINEYARD “La Rellanada”. YIELD 5.500 kg./hct. ALTITUDE 570 metres
CHARACTERISTICS The secret of the great rosé wines of Navarre lies in the Saigné or bleeding system. The grape juice obtained by gravity and slightly macerated with the skins, is then fermented separately once the skins have been discarded, and at a controlled temperature in order to obtain fresh, fruity wines.
PRESS NOTES "A Crianza rosé wine that is surprising and different…. Serious and elegant". Pepe Iglesias, Llantar, 13th July 2000

"A beautiful rose colour and spicy aromas, with tones of mature fruit, that highlight the glass. Flavourful, with an elegant mouth-feel". Bartolomé Sánchez.
